So in the last quarter of 2019 "Daniel Scurry" used a static tableskating table that was composed of mostly standard-sized banana boxes you would mostly find outside of your local grocery store that had to be carefully placed and adjusted every time he wanted to go tableskating. As you can only imagine, this process would take him many hours to assemble and disassemble and was sure to take a toll on his body having to lift several 50lbs medium density fiberboards in a crane-like position, but since he loved tableskating so much, this task was well worth the joy it brought him later after reviewing his tableskating footage which now people all over the internet were calling "footy" especially newer platforms such as discord and tiktok. The last time Daniel ever used the original tableskating table was when he made the "If Tableskating Was An Olympic Sport" series in March of 2020.
Probably after the third or forth time of having to setup the banana box tableskating table (bbtt) Daniel started invisioning a tableskating table that would be much easier to setup and put away. It would later be known as the "DandyBridge L4", the L-4 was for the four fully adjustable levers it included to allow a tableskater to level the junctions so that tableskating could be performed "Inception" and "Deception" rather than just "Inception" or "Deception" as the (bbtt) had provided. This ment that instead of 90 - 120 attempts per session and tableskater would get atleast 200 in half the time and half the energy. The L-4 was also to denote the 4 levels of overall table hight the second generation table featured which would accommodate for younger tableskaters and even shorter people who might one day want to join in on the fun.
The setup of the (bbtt) which was originally named "DandyBridge" took about 48 mintutes to install. The "DandyBridge L4" took under 10 minutes which was roughly 500% faster that the original. Not bad for its second iteration. The main reason for this massive improvement was do to its dynamic nature.
The put away time for the (bbtt) took about 20 mintutes to install. The "DandyBridge L4" took under 7 minutes which was almost 300% faster that the original.
The storage size for the (bbtt) was about 128 cubic feet.
The storage size for the (L4) was about 132 cubic feet.
