His Tableskating Story

By The Founder of The International Tableskating Association
December 24, 2018

Once upon a time a little boy and his older sister were both given skateboards and soon after began to use them. They lived at the top of a long dark paved hill and the little boys sister decided that it was time to sled down that hill face first on the skateboard given to her not 5 minutes before.

The little boy sat nearby on his skateboard watching his sister do this and seemed to be quite the entertainment.

As soon as the mother of the two toddlers looked over two see how her two children were doing, she soon realized that her young daughter was no longer rolling around in their driveway as she had previously expected but at the bottom of the entrance hill just inches from one of the main neighborhoods intersections.

When the mother learned this and saw that a skateboard had something to do with the disappearance and or injury of one of her offspring, skateboarding became prohibited to all members of her family.

This included the little boy who at the time had no actual idea of what skateboarding was or why people even did it anyway.

Fast forward 6 years or so and the little boy is given some fingerboards but at the time seemed to be more into legos and recreating things that he had seen in movies, and since he wouldn't get to witness any fingerboarding videos until later on, fingerboarding and his fingerboards would remain dormant.

Two years go by, and the little boy is now a little man and wants nothing more but to own a skateboard for the second time in his whole life after learning all about the art form in fifth grade at an extreme sports exhibit hosted by his elementary school principle.

The little man runs home to tell his mother all about what he has learned regarding skateboarding but his mother is unenthused by it an tells him that his father wouldn't approve and neither would she.

Was it reverse psychology perhaps?

The little man would only be allowed to dream about skateboarding but never partake.

A real skateboard to ride around on was all he wanted.

In retaliation the little man would try stealing something that he knew his mother needed.

This was purely so that his mother would get the message she might have been wrong about skateboarding after all and maybe should reconsider allowing him to own a skateboard.

The little mans mother was an extremely stubborn woman.

The little man tried everything and even cursed out his sister after learning how to curse one day after school.

The little man was forced to go to church and ride a bicycle for his bad behavior.

The little man eventually gave up his dream of skateboarding after seeing his first fingerboarding video and started spending more time learning how to fingerboard.

Every day the little man tried to recreate real skateboarding tricks with his fingers in hopes of making his skateboarding passions come closer to his real world realities.

fingerboards were lost.

fingerboards were stolen.

fingerboards were confiscated.

fingerboards were broken.

fingerboarding became easy.

fingerboarding became complex.

fingerboarding became understood.

fingerboarding became confusing.

fingerboarding became participant.

fingerboarding became lonesome.

fingerboarding became wholesome.

fingerboarding became tiresome.

fingerboarding was never finished.

fingerboarding was always entertaining.

One day many years after having the initial urge to ride around on a real skateboard the once little man is now free to own one because he is all grown up and his mother no longer has a say in his actions, choices or life decisions.

Being the first time allowed to ride a skateboard and all, the young man falls down and feels physical pain for the first time in his life and then decides to quit skateboarding and gets rid of his second skateboard without a second thought.

Two more years later pass by and the skateboarding passion of a young kid erupts after viewing some new skateboarding videos published to the internet.

The young man is now over 20 years old and is determined to learn how to skateboard even if it kills him it seems.

Amongst all odds the young man can own and ride a skateboard making the only thing that he desired as a youngster come to a reality.

Remembering how much enjoyment fingerboarding brought him and how it got him through those tough years of not being able to skateboard, the young man keeps on fingerboarding regardless of being able to skateboard.

Some more time passes an the second fingerboarding video hits main stream television.

Buy this time over 2,500 skateboarding videos and over 100 skateboarding video games have been produced and published in total.

The third and fourth fingerboarding videos get made and the young man takes note.

Skateboarding has not yet become an olympic sport but is soon to be announced.

fingerboarding goes viral and now over 600 videos are in circulation.

The young man who is now 30 years of age and has been fingerboarding the longest decides to try something different and in doing so makes a remarkable discovery which leads to one of the most unbelievable epiphanies of all time.

The young man accidentally invents a new extreme sport and potential new olympic game.

He soon gives it a name and the rest is his story.

The nomenclature he goes with is Tableskating.

Over 3 billion people around the world view the young mans tableskating video.

The Olympic Games Commissioner and the Owner of the X Games fly out to meet the young man in person. The President of The United States sends the young man an invitation to the White House. Over 450 Internet and Movie Companies try getting the young man to sign contracts, 46 Chinese manufactures offer to manufacture the young mans fingerboards and tables completely free that were used in his world premiere, and 8 of the most highly payed video game companies beg him not to sue them in court for literally making his game virtually without his permission.

Ok so maybe I exaggerated a little in this last paragraph highlighted in blue :)
